SHIPPING POLICY
We process orders within 1-3 business days from Monday through Saturday, excluding US holidays.
Access to classes is granted within 1-3 business days from Monday through Saturday, excluding US holidays.
After your package has left our facility with the respective carrier, we are not responsible for any delivery delays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You might be charged customs fees once your package has left our facility, and Winx Lash Training is not responsible for them. Customs charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please get in touch with your local postal service for more information on their fees and policies.
TRACKING AND LOST ORDERS
Winx Lash Training is not responsible for lost and stolen packages. Please use the tracking system to follow your parcel and ensure you are available to receive the delivery to avoid delays or loss.
If your package returns to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Don't hesitate to contact Winx Lash Training within 30 days if your order has arrived. You must file a claim in person at your local post office, and we will do our best to provide compensation for the loss.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If one of the items in your order becomes out of stock after your purchase, we will ship the other items, and the out-of-stock item will be shipped separately at no additional cost as soon as it is back in stock.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we would like to hear from you in the unlikely event of quality concerns. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we accept unopened and unused products ONLY! Please ship the item at your own cost within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Restocking fees might be applied.
CANCELLATIONS
Winx Lash Training can cancel any order without penalty up to the point of packaging. Once packaged, a 10% restocking fee applies. Shipped or in transit orders cannot be canceled or modified.

TRAINING COURSES REFUND & CANCELLATION
Live training courses are non-refundable. At Winx Lash Training, we reserve a seat for you at your desired training date, but we will accommodate a one-time change to another class later upon availability. Should you wish to reschedule more than once, a $250 fee will be applied.
Online training courses are non-refundable.
Kit items purchased with the training course may not be exchanged or refunded.
